End User Licence Agreement
Licence terms for Arru Studios apps, games and software products.
This End User Licence Agreement applies where an Arru Studios app, game or software product states that it is provided under this agreement.
Arru Studios is a trading name of Hormozi & Sons Trading Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 12705776. VAT registration number: GB 494 5072 69.
Licence grant
Arru Studios grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to install and use the applicable Arru Studios product for its intended purpose, subject to this agreement and any platform terms that apply.
Ownership
Arru Studios retains ownership of its software, content, product names, artwork, interfaces and brand assets. This agreement gives you permission to use the product; it does not transfer ownership.
Restrictions
You must not copy, modify, distribute, resell, rent, reverse engineer, interfere with or misuse Arru Studios products except where allowed by law or by written permission from Arru Studios.
Updates and changes
Products may receive updates, fixes, balance changes, content changes or feature changes through app stores, software platforms or direct distribution channels.
Third-party services
Some products may rely on third-party platforms, tools, analytics, diagnostics, hosting or services. Those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
App store and platform terms
Where a product is downloaded from an app store or software platform, Apple, Google, Steam or another platform provider may apply additional terms to your download, purchase, installation and use.
Support
Support information is available through the Arru Studios Support page. Support options may vary by product, platform and development status.
Termination
Your licence may end if you breach this agreement, misuse the product or lose access under applicable platform terms.
